Blue Grouse Bread Baked in Norwood, CO from Organic freshly milled flour and local grains. They use long fermentation times to achieve the complex flavor that makes their breads distinct. The breads are baked on a stone hearth and emerge from the oven with a boldly baked crust and an open, airy interior. All of their whole wheat flour is grown in Colorado and milled at their bakery with their Meadows 8" stone mill. They use local ingredients whenever possible with a goal to become 100% regional within the next year. All of their breads are naturally leavened from their Mother, the hearty sourdough starter.

Country: Made with organic bread flour and our house milled
stone-ground whole wheat. Also called a pain au levain, this bread is a great all purpose loaf.
650 g batard or 1300 g pullman loaf.
Olive: Country loaf with the addition of kalamata olives and a touch of
Seeded Rye: 100% whole rye flour, this is a German-style rye. Dark and
dense, baked in a square pan, with toasted sunflower, sesame and flax seeds. 1000 g or 2000 g sizes.

grown, whole grain bread made with heirloom wheat sourced from under 6 miles away from our
bakery! Thanks to Karyn and Ernie Marolf of Marolf Ranch, we are able to use 100% Norwood
grown and ground heirloom grains in this product. We are so fortunate for their hard work in
our local agriculture community. Looking forward to more quality grains from this duo.
